Where can I find a thunder stone and a layer of metal on Pokemon Diamond??
Thunderstone can be found underground caving whiel at random (if you do not have the explorer kit, go to eterna city in the right area of the pokemon center) metal layers can be found held by magnemites and bronzors. 5% chance of these stands. You can do this: have a pokemon with thief with no evidence agaisnt abttle start all these guys and use it once on the enemy. If you DONT fly, run. Another way is to get a Pokemon with Frisk (shuppet / stantler) and check if they have the item, otherwise run, if any, catch. Hope this helps
